Fettuccine Crab Alfredo with Diced Tomatoes

Here's a twist on a quick meal. Everything needed to make this I got at Walmart. I used a jar of alfredo, didn't make it from scratch. Used a package of blue crab, cheap and easy. I even used a can of diced tomatoes. Nope, I couldn't bring myself to slice a tomato. Like I said, it's a twist on a quick meal. If you wanna make everything from scratch, be my guest. I choose to go quick with this one. It was yummy, as is everything I have posted here so far. Add a little garlic bread and you got a meal.

  1. This sounds REALLY good. Going to have to try it. If you like lobster, try a slight variation on this and use the poor mans lobster (crawfish). You can find frozen, peeled and precooked crawfish meat at Wal-Mart. It's in by the "fresh" seafood section in a freezer right next to it. It only runs about $7 for a pound or so and 1 pound will make ALLOT of this dish. I usually add a small amount of cajun seaoning to the meat after thawing it and mildly sautee it butter even though it's precooked.
